Yes, tenant access can show the information meant for tenants, such as property or room details and rent records. Private landlord or manager information should stay separate.

Can I track paid, unpaid, partial and late rent?

Yes. KirayaBook is designed to keep rent records month by month, so you can see what is paid, what is pending, and which tenant needs follow-up.

Can I store rent agreements and documents?

Yes. Rent agreements, receipts, tenant documents and important property files can be kept with the related tenant or property record, so you do not have to search old chats later.

Can I record property expenses?

Yes. You can use it for expenses such as repairs, maintenance, cleaning, deposits, refunds or other property costs. This helps you understand income and spending together.

What is the difference between landlord, manager and tenant access?

A landlord usually controls the property records. A manager can help manage assigned properties or tenants. A tenant should only see the details meant for them. Role-based access keeps these workflows separate.

Can I deactivate a tenant, room or user later?
